He brings deep expertise in IPO advisory, IPO audits and certifications, IFRS/Ind AS implementation, international financial reporting, taxation, and finance transformation. Throughout his career, Chandan has successfully advised multinational corporations, listed companies, and high-growth businesses on complex financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and strategic finance initiatives, helping organizations strengthen governance and drive sustainable growth.
